This camera is just perfect! I have never experienced a connectivity issue. It starts recording even several seconds before the first triggers! The camera has a decent design and works flawlessly, it follows quickly any moving objects (sensitivity setting available). Amazing product for a very good price.

Last month also this problem came, then I had to go there and saw that the camera is disconnected from the wifi and I couldn't connect it.Then I had to reset the device and reconfigured it , after that it became online again. Device firmware is also upto date. Is this device defective or has it happened due to clear cache?

I also had a hard time. You have to reset the camera to factory setting, delete it from the app, and start brand new; there is a reset boton the black part of the camera
OK, after a few weeks of using the camera, the tracking system of the camera no longer follows the object or person and the alerts don't sound when someone or something passes. Any solution? I can pan and tilt just fine, but these two functions first mentioned don't work. I've turned off at the plug and waited, the reset also doesn't work wirelessly
During setup, light on camera changes from slow flashing green to solid green, but device "fails to connect to the cloud." Cannot use this device at all.
How to connect to it directly from its IP address? I'm having trouble achieving this. I just want to be able to see the camera through the browser (to be able to integrate with other programs). Is is possible to connect to it through a browser? I already have the internal IP.
I bought three models from these and I am not satisfied at all, the baby stood up in the bed and was about to fall, and the camera is still lying that it is sleeping

I recently changed my wifi password. I reset my camera and I have it connected to my wifi but it is asking me to input my device password when I live stream. I tried every password that I can think of and I tried the Serial number as well, none worked. I tried to reset the device password but when I try to scan the qr code it says failed to reset.
Looks so simple. Pity that it refuses to connect to wifi. Just an expensive paperweight

You need to turn on device put you finger on the camera lens and move the lens up you will see a reset button

After switching to a new network. The imou refuses to connect anymore and nothing seems to be working with constant connection timeouts

I set up 2.4 Ghz band on my modem, also my phone is connected to it but the camera could not connect to cloud and there is no debug information !!!!

Underneath the camera. It says "safety code" just underneath the made in x country line right in the middle. There's an F© mark just above the password. The serial number is at the bottom of the barcode. The 8 digit pin is above it atop the FCC ID😊
