Thank you, Dawn. I find my quotes every where. Instagram Stories. Instagram. Pinterest. Some of them I format myself from my reading. I just try to stay open to them and then they sort of find me.

Hey, Dawn. I find them everywhere. Instagram and Stories. And Pinterest. In my reading. I just try to stay open to finding them.
Loved seeing the year walk through. Do you stamp directly on the pages? I am doing my first memory planning and still trying to develop my planner style. I have been doing a lot of decorative stamping around the edges and finding that it is bleeding through or showing on the next page. I'm actually ok with that but just wondering if there are inks or techniques on stamping to reduce the show through.
Hey, Sharon...great question. I do stamp on my pages. I have found that the Archival Jet Black (as long as it is not a brand new pad) does not bleed through my Memory Planner Pages. But many of the other Archival Inks do. Also, I stamp with the Distress Oxides and they also do not bleed through. The Distress Inks can bleed. I hope that helps. May need a Memory Planner Ink video to help with this question.
@@JamiePate yes, that helps. I have been stamping images in colored archival and that seems to be what is bleeding through the most. Think I will try using oxides instead and stamping on the velum sticker paper. Also, taking a cue from Heidi, I will practice stamp first, even those stamps I'm already familiar with.
Being a big Tim Holtz fan for years, I'm quite familiar with the Distress Inks and Oxides mostly in inking, backgrounds, and mixed media. I need to learn how to translate those skills into the memory planner.

Which black ink are you using ? I just watched Heidi’s video with Tim about the difference between Jet black and the black soot. Do you have a preference?
I do have a preference. And that video was so good to unpack that information. While I really do prefer the true black of the Black Soot, I find that the Jet Black plays much more nicely on the Memory Planner pages. It does not bleed through. It's black enough for me for that medium. Hope that makes sense. Let me know.
Jamie, thanks so much for sharing this!. Ive scrapbooked for 20+ years, but I enjoying what you and Heidi do with these journals. It seems much more personal than a traditional scrapbook. There’s a place for both, tho. Did you say you have a commonplace video? I’d be interested in viewing that. Thanks again. Shirley
