Damn. You look so renewed without facial hair.
On topic - it’s really cool. Few sports have the same longevity. Even sports like golf and bowling can’t compare.

Lets be honest. Best ages in armwrestling will on average be 30-50. The once above this age is outliers and doesn't make it the norm. It is still great considering best age in football is 27, but we shouldn't overdo it.

Hmmm well and then there is Devon Larett, needed multiple surgeries because of Arthosis adaptations in his 30's, been told its already "bone on bone" at that time and beeing held together by stem cells. His son apparently needing the same treatment at 19 ....

I was always wondering why NA pullers had higher longevity in the sport than Eastern European guys. Best explanation I've heard so far. I'm also wondering if it is also because of the training and not only pulling style. They tend to emphasize more on "functional strength" with gym exercises while NA pullers tend to do more specific exercises/table practice than them.

I think it's better programming. If you look at Bulgarian training which imo defines the essence of the east in EvW strength sports. They blast huge amounts of juice and max out all the time. Western guys if nothing else buy into some amount of pop science like bulking/cutting cycles. Leads so a more gentle training cycle and more recovery time

Thanks brother. Ah yes, there is a bug with insta on random wait lists. It's truly painful.
The fix so far for those I've seen manage to get around it is either to sub from desktop or use an alt insta account.
Thanks again for the support brother

I would rather say 40s & 50s. After 60 it's gonna be very difficult for everyone to maintain the former strength combined with high endurance levels.

Let's say if you stay active you barely lose any muscle and joint conditioning even at very old age. And even with losing strength you can stay competitive because of joint conditioning. But since you are losing fast-twitch fibers 3 times faster than strength and 9 times faster than muscle. Doesn't that force you to become more defensive puller as you age and put even more wear&tear on the elbow and shoulder?

TH-cam algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... also love how u can find ex pro athletes that can still do something to compete in, with AW. more than a few have joined in AW after they became injured in their main sport they started in, and some it has saved their life too!
    catch the AWE channels:

only needs a bit more watch hours to become monetized, let's help him out, he does a LOT for AW too.
