Just like in our server, let me explain When the arrow is slow, you can shoot more complex and challenging shots. Let's say the killer is chasing after you. When you turn the corner, you can pre-release your arrow and escape before the murderer arrives. Because it is slow, the arrow will hit the killer even if you stretch the bow beforehand.
