thats part of it, but bpm alone wouldn't make it sync this perfectly. its a combination of mdk making both songs, both being cut for levels made by the same person, and a bit of actual coincidence

Press Start has 123.0 BPM, and Dash has 128.0 BPM. The only way it could sync is if the BPM was changed to 128.0 which is probably what the video owner did.
