Sir in the hollow viscus perforation q,if there was a 20 yr old boy and vitals stable and rest all were same,would ex-lap still be the management along with ivf?? I’m having doubt if we should go for observation or not....
Pulsatile swelling is before rupture.Not after.....ruptured abdominal anuerysm is in retroperitoneum and you may not get frank acute abdominal signs.Patient is sick and vague abd finding.Check femoral pulses

It's not same sir in blumgard it's clear mention that to detect bile leak and bile site leak most sensitive is hida scan but if want to repair along with detection then use ercp and blumgard is the Bible of hepatobiliary surgery sir can't denied to blumgard

You are right bro dont worry most sensitive and accurate test fir bile leak and detection is hida but gold standard is ercp
