Sydney Huxford it's the first result for Rachel juggle. Just titled 'how to juggle' on her other channel. I don't know how to link on mobile. Within an hour of watching it I was able to get several catches of 3 ball juggling and now I juggle every single day. Whenever i get my hands on something tossable like candy bars I'll be juggling them with a smile on my face.

We used to bike with our dogs when they were younger to get their energy out. There are like schedules on how much you can bike with a young dog and stuff like that. We have an 10 week old puppy rn so biking is not an option yet, but with our older dogs(12&11) we used to bike all the time :)
