    whenever i feel like i needed some peace and to come back to myself, i will always do your videos, maybe it’s your voice and tone, so calming, gentle, and therapeutic. somehow i can really feel your genuineness in the care for the person in front of the screen doing your video, that you want them to experience all the benefits of yoga. thank you for creating these content ❤

    Such an amazing class! Tomorrow is my last final exam of nursing school, and my mind has been a funk in terms of studying… Doing this today really has help my mind set back and focus to review all the concepts today. Tomorrow morning, I am definitely doing five breaths of joy to wake myself up. So much thanks and so much love for you Kassandra, you’ve been there with me through it all!!!❤

    This was terrific - I started my morning with my coffee & kitty, Katy, then a 3 mile walk/run, upper body weights and finished off with you! The eagle arms & reclined pigeon pose was sweet! Stretching out my arms & upper back from the weight training & then the legs from the run was just what I needed. I will repeat this one again for sure. I hope you have a lovely day ☮️

    I've tried this class twice in the last year since I began practicing with you, and I could not ever get through it until today. I feel a great sense of accomplishment (I totally fell out of sugar cane and dancer's but I kept going) in seeing the progress of the past months.     I don't often comment because I practice with my smart tv and it doesn't give me that option, but I wanted to take the time to say thank you for this challenging practice. I needed to call in some extra focus today and this week. I found the practice challenging, invigorating and joyful. Balance is so critical as we age and this is an excellent tool for promoting mind body connection relating to balance and movement.

    Oh, p.s. I am attending a 3 day off grid music festival this weekend with morning yoga offered each morning.     I love how you utilize yoga asanas to deal with focus and clarity. Working on balances and gaze really challenges the mindfulness of how my body engages with proprioception at the same time focusing on a point to balance (or close eyes). It really works through body sensations to trigger internal focus and quieting. thank you for this practice! It was awesome Kass and Luna!

    I realize I commented a year ago on this one already. But doing it again today, I loved it as much as the first time.
    Every time I'm not practising for a while and I get back to it, I realize how good it is for my body. The beginning seated meditation, I was feeling so stiff and "small" in my body. At the end of it, the same seated position, I felt expanded. In just 30 minutes, all the little spaces in my body have opened up. I really need to be more consistent with my practice. Thanks as always Kassandra 🙏

    Hi Kassandra, I had a really stressful Saturday and sleep didn’t come at night. I did this class on Sunday and feel all the tension gone, I felt asleep after the final resting pose and woke up feeling brand new!     Loved it! I used to do ballet growing up and forgot how grounding it is to work on balancing. It really does help with mental clarity; thank you for helping me remember how to clear some of the fog now that I’m having to adult in this crazy world😶‍🌫️🧘🏻‍♀️☮️

    I did this routine twice, loved it both times. Both times I kept my eyes closed all the times, except for e
    Eagle, Half Moon & Dancer (wouldn't that be amazing!) & I was really surprised how good it felt & how easy (compared with my expectation) I found it. I recommend trying that.

    Balance poses felt terrific! My muay thai coach always did balance training with me when she noticed I was all over the place. Balance poses are a super clear indicator where the mind is. The moment it drifts, I gorgeously fall out of the pose. Thanks for putting this video together, thank you for your time and effort!

    when i did this early this morning, it felt really nourishing,even though i was off balance at times withi more than on the outside, i felt it soothed me and decided i would do this again, about once a week after my usual yin warmup -because a flow like this would help me regain balance at the start of the week,

    I find balancing poses to be the most challenging for me personally so I try to make an effort and practice them at least once a week so that I can get better. I do find myself get frustrated occasionally but that’s ok, it’s a reminder not to take myself too seriously 😀

    Normally I avoid balancing poses because they are a bit challenging. Lately I've need more balance, breathing, and release of anxious energy in my life. These balancing poses are very satisfying for me right now. Thank you for this practice. I found it really charming how gleeful you looked during the first transition from candy cane to dancer's pose. It was a tricky one! What fun.

    I loved all of the balancing poses, a great challenge. After shattering my elbow, I will probably never feel comfortable holding my body weight in down dog or even table top, but there were so many other good parts to this practice. Thank you.

    Thank you very much for this practice. It was perfect: the prayanama, the poses, the sequencing....I loved it. We can see you put a lot of effort into the making of your videos and that everything is well thought. The instructions were very clear so I could do it without following the instructions. A practice I will do regularly! Thanks from France.

    Kicked my butt this one... Amazing flow for sure. Need to work on balance but I loved it immensely

    This was perfect for a rainy fall morning in Maine. Gave me a boost of energy and brought me out of the lazy fog. Loved breath of joy and the challenge of the balancing transitions ❤
