This is a prequel to the “I’m a Monster”Series. The guy in the story is the doctor that escaped with Brawn from the agency and the monster named “peril” is the big yellow monster with tentacles that Braun kills in part 1.

I was listening at work while doing mindless documentation (I’m a social worker) and enjoying the story. I almost yelled out loud when Dr. West came in and they mentioned Brawn.

I had to pause the story about 15 minutes in to mention how I find it funny that the guy wants to explain how he knew the boys were teens because us listener's might be wondering that. When in reality it's almost always obvious someone is a teen, especially boys just by looking at them. So that isn't what we were wondering.. At least for me... What I was wondering is how did he know that one of the boys threw a rock and killed a squirrel. Because that would be the thing we should be wondering how he knew. Not how did he know they were teens!! Hahaha, I just found that funny and wanted to share. Maybe I'll find out later in the video? But I doubt it. Lol

I love these, they're pretty funny to me, picturing a freaky monster, even though creepypastas almost always just have a beef jerky lookin human as it's monster, just going by arbitrary rules, like they come up on the protagonist about to kill him for some unknown reason but they stop "Well shit, he looked down for exactly 3.5 minutes, my hands are tied, oh well, next time!"
I don't mean to target this story in particular, I know you wrote it and it's cool, but this genre of creepypastas in particular is kinda funny to me

Reminds me a lot of the story of job ..... gods most Pius followers ever.... and life outbif some weird bet with the devil he let the devil completely screw him over ...his only answer when Kobe ask why ... and god responds "where were you when I created the heavens and the worth, mankind and where where you when I created your species and the universe? ..... basically what I got from that is that god was having a bet ... and morality and fairness only applies to us humans if we dont want to end up in fire torture land upon death ..... I'm not sure if gots real, and if he is ... is he the all loving god say he is ... or is he just an arrogant being who knows hes top dog and we the peasants should be lucky for whatever help we get from him .

I make the rules, I have a list of rules to follow while I'm making the rules about rules to follow while following the rules.
If there were really places like this, no one would be allowed to camp there, let alone live there, it would cordoned off, at least at any entry points, then it would be burned to the ground.
If anyone lived there already, they would quickly leave as soon as they came across their first scene of hanging bodies.
