Just recently built my pc I always love seeing people built their first pc, its a very stressful yet fun experience and you'll enjoy every second of it.
This brings me back to the time I built my first PC. The hardware I had at the time was a lot less advanced as the hardware you have but held up quite nicely. Great job on this build, sir.

The orange is really nice, a lot more tasteful than the generic RGB rotation you get stock in a lot of components. I'm a really a fan of my Aorus B550 motherboard, although it's an Elite AX V2. I should try a micro ATX board some day. Good job

Nice build :) I couldn't tell was there pre applied thermal paste on the cpu cooler? I am assuming yes but when you rotated it to the bottom it went by so fast I couldn't see.
i thought this was such an awesome build i love the orange and white color scheme i just recently built my first pc too!! personally i would swap places of the rear fan with the bottom front fan so that all the front fans stayed consistent but since there is only 1 rear fan it wouldn't interfere with the other fans (btw no hate im just trying to help you out)
Never put component on anti-static bag, it could shock your component and your computer will not work. The chance to happen it really minimal, but never take chance and just put it straight on the box. Dont forget to touch metal before building a computer, our body can hold a lot of static. I just say that to prevent you next time you gonna build a computer, some people will not trust me and i dont care about them. Your rig is nice considering your budget, next step upgrade cpu cooler and maybe the gpu? Your cpu is a really good one so dont be scare to pick a high-end gpu ^^
Just a suggestion (and maybe you did this but edited it out) i would recommend "breadboarding" the components outside of the case before installing everything inside the case. It adds not a lot of time to the build but not having your computer post and everything inside the case is a huge headache (especially if you are using a small form factor case). My very first computer build over 10 years ago i did the breadboard setup and it would not post. After several weeks of back and forth with the manufacturers i determined it was the motherboard ( which i sent back to the manufacturer and they "fixed it" but it still would not post). i sent the board back to Amazon and they quickly replaced it. I've not had any other problems in the 10 plus computers i built since then other than a GPU with a bad fan that i had to return. Otherwise nice job and its always get one under your belt so to speak.

@@oweok3682 sorry it just means assemble the major components outside the case to make sure they work. so CPU, RAM, CPU cooler , video card and Power supply hooked up and connected to the monitor. Turn on the power and if you have a start button on the motherboard push it and see if you get a POST. If you dont have a separate start button you can jump the 2 pins for the power switch front panel connectors using a screwdriver to turn on the computer. I think a lot of the online "how to build a computer guides" fail to emphasize this. I think i learned this from Paul's Hardware channel way back when he did a "how to build a computer series: for Newegg years ago. It can you a big headache if you have spent hours assembling your computer in the case then finding out it doesnt turn on or POST.
@@thegodhenry3240 I was afraid of that. Most of the YT videos I watched showed a small gain in performance for 5600X and 5800X3D. I was going to go w/ a Ryzen 7 5800X3D, but it was $350ish more. Its running well enough rn, Ill upgrade in a year or so just for fun.
cool pc dude, only critique is your editing software, filmora is over-hyped, I'd highly recommend switching to davinci resolve free as ive been using it for the past 5 years and have found it has many features which filmora doesnt! any good job on the pc!!
also if i were you i would change your stock amd cooler for something else because those are just not really great and are similar to those awful intel stock coolers. try a noctua fan cooler or a corsair AIO. But those could be passed on. The main thing you should focus on is the gpu.
why do people insist on putting the psu in upside down?? they are designed to have the fan up and sucking in cold air from the bottom and pushing up. not sucking in hot air from the case and pushing down in to a confined space under the case. 😕
isn't there a vent at the bottom of some cases though there is in mine and this guys case too and I read that its recommended to put PSU facing down if your case has this
@@oweok3682 depends how much power its using compared to what it can handle. if its always maxed out then yeah it will get warm, but in that case anyway, you would need a more powerful psu as you never want it to be running at its max rating. i got the rog thor platinum 2, 1000w. and it has a screen on it showing power usage on the side, if u put the fan down it would be upside down, so this is designed to blow up, in the case. but even with a 3080 oc 12g. i dont think ive even heard the fan spin on it. and if it was warm, it would be instantly cooled when the fan spins and it would also be no where near the temperature of the gpu or cpu. so it will always bee cooling those. so if you want to cool you psu, id say pull in cool air from outside the case instead of using the warm air inside.
Just commenting this cus I didnt see anyone else say it, but there's clear peel-off stickers in the middle of all of your case fans which seemed like they were still on in the final product, great build tho!!!

hey man nice build just have a couple quick questions so i have used that cpu with the same cooler so i do know that there is thermal paste but are you planning on adding more storage i know it is very hard on the motherboard to have only one type of storage especialy with an older model 5 ryzen cpu
I been also preparing to build my pc as-well just kind of scared of putting it all together. alot of people said it was easy just really kinda of scared that am a fuck it up its a 2k build not really that interesting i have got almost all the specs i need just scared of building it and might fuck up lol.

Hope you don't get thermal throttled.. I know the stock cooler for 5600x was going around high 40's to 60's on idle. When I built my gf's pc with it, I used the CPU Cooler (ID-COOLING SE-224-XT) and it got to low 30s on idle and max 60 under load
@@oweok3682 No problem, It's just a model name for one of the CPU air coolers. Check the thermals with HWMonitor software and see what temperature it sits at on idle.
Nice build :D Although the am4 platform is dead, the pricing for the platform has lowered tremendously and is a pretty obvious choice to buy am4 parts. Although i would have gone for intel as it has a better upgrade path + you don''t have to change motherboard to upgrade from the from 12th gen to 12th gen intel cpu's, but if this was on amd's side you would have to change the motherboard to support 7000 ryzen cpu's. But anyways, this will last a you a few years! Don't worry to much about what i have said as this will run a lot of triple a games pretty smoothly! Have a good day :D

the P3 is not a really good main drive idea

I though the psu generated a lot of heat and that's why I put it to exhaust the heat, but I could totally be wrong

I’m going to be building a pc for my girl soon, any ideas on a budget friendly build for games like: Sims, Minecraft, and lesser demanding games.
for those games you dont really need more than gtx 1660 super / ti
for the cpu the i3 12100f is good enough 16gb of ram 3200mhz ( storage is basically your choice ) hope that helps you out
