Where are the homes ($100k) that the average or most buyers can afford to buy, rather than these ones that are meant for the wealthy? I don't seem to understand most African countries when it comes to Real Estate Development. Developers tend to build large homes that most people can't afford to buy. We're talking about a continent were the average person doesn't make anywhere close to what is made in Asia and the West. I went into an estate known as Ikota Estate in Lagos-Nigeria and to my greatest surprise, some of the owners of large 4 & 5 bedroom homes where renting them by the rooms, because they're unaffordable to single family, for whom they were designed. How about just constructing building 1, 2, or 3 Bedroom Apartments that are affordable. Even in the US where income per head is a lot higher, when it comes to buying a home, most people cut their coat according to their sizes because they just want to avoid paying rent, rather than wanting to show off mansions.
Lovely house and again very well presented but I still struggle to understand the prices some ask ....... You should see what I rent in Kiyovu Rugunga and for how much ...........
I'm American and have a question based on our market. Why is there very little grass lawn in properties, this location for example has all concrete tile place for vehicles i assume. Here we just have a separate area called a driveway and the rest is lawn. I see this across the continent actually
am in love with Kwanda but av done google street on most of this neighborhood you present @hoffman but the properties are a bit pricy compared with Kenya.
This home is SOLD!
Next time you need also to put the developer details

Houses in rwanda use to be reasonable, but not anymore.some of us who were thinking of moving to rwanda can not because prices have gone too pricey.
A beautiful house like this does not have a jacuzzi
