Whoever decided to have a rope at head height in a race is an idiot. That would already be hazardous enough for a normal race, just imagine how much more dangerous it would be for people running with limited vision cause they’re in costume! It was an accident waiting to happen. I hope that Eevee cosplayer is okay.
