I wasn’t expecting anything out of this video, not that I didn’t believe in it, or anything. I just didn’t think I would literally feel peoples energies flow out of me. Three minutes in I started crying. I feel like I constantly let other people emotions, vibes and feelings into my space, which literally drain, torture and drive me crazy by overthinking. It is about a year I have been practicing yoga, but still, I seem to have those good days and then the same amount of those super tired burnt out, no motivation days as well. Never practiced much meditation, only starting into breathwork... Reiki is very new to me, but every time i use my hands, I feel a strong vibration, everything suddenly lights up, from goosebumps to my inner fire.. It has always been a mystery, what do I do with this.. Well, now I foind Your video, and the moment you said speak out loud, write down what you're letting go... I said it is time to let go of other people's negativity, my autopilot day to day life which has made me numb, my sadness.. Another intense cry there...I definitely need to heal. After this tiny session, my mind feels light and clear, my heart got lighter and suddenly, I feel happy to face my chores, not overwhelmed or depressed. Definitely, will practice this daily. I'm 61 years old. 3/9/63 empath. I can clearly see the mark of the M on his palms, I also have the make of M on both my palms. When I connect with him, I do nothing but yawn, eyes water, and by the end of a session, I feel like taking a nap. He clearly is a true healer.

I am going through some of the worst struggles of my life currently. Please send reiki healing for my beloved dog rosco to fully restore his health and create healing miracles for his body and mind. I am also battling a court custody case (my 5yr old daughter lives with me) and being forced to move all at the same time as these vet bills, lawyer fees etc. I can't do this all on my own. My mother yesterday went full insane. She always used me as a scapegoat. But that was new to me. She literally told that I am the biggest problem in her life. I haven't seen her in person since years. How can I be the biggest problem? Her mother, my grandmother, is getting weak, she is old. And her job canceled her, put her into pension / out of work because of too old. She is seeing her runaway-mechanisms fail. Her mother is fading, a person she always told was a big problem for her. And the job where she ran from any problem into overworking there, is also gone. Hearing her voice yesterday was spooky. One could hear her desperately but evil energy vampirism at work. Like a demon speaking out of her. Insane. But I try to see it as a compliment. Shows me how far it already is with the freeing of humanity. And shows me that I personally must be a big deal in this freeing of humanity from the oppressors kind of thing. She hates me. She is jealous. I want all that evil energy back to the sender. I asked a very wise shaman once how to block the angry and frustrated energy of others. He then told me that noone can pass these energies to you. if a person is angry and in turn makes you angry, then it means there is some unresolved anger in your own shadow that you have not yet seen or dealt with. By healing that unresolved anger, they will instead resonate with your peace and resonate with the happiness within themselves. I only say this because I think it might help and empower all of you out there. I still have much respect for the creator of this video and I appreciate all of you out there trying to make the world a better place. Love and light to you all ❤️
Well said, I feel this is true also. Any energies that cause us upset are from experiences that we have held on to. Think of an animal who shakes off the experience immediately afterwards. We humans hold on to so much which gets triggered again whilst in similar situations. There is a great book by Artur Janov called the Primal Scream which talks about this. The key to letting go of these trapped energies is to feel into the experience to connect to it and let it come up in the body to be felt then moved and let go. If this video was to actually work we would all be literally shaking as the energy is moving out of our bodies.
Your almost not wrong. Truth is you CHOSE to become the energy around you. Has nothing to do with anger you haven't dealth with. Has to do with you are responsible for your own energy and what you ALLOW in your life. It is a choice simple as that.

Sincerely thank you for this, I could literally feel the excess energy being pulled from me, the top and sides of my head tingled 🤗 I've always been affected and effected by people's energy it attaches to me, sometimes I feel easily agitated or irritated, sometimes I cry for no apparent reason, but I've always felt the weight of energy on me, that wasn't mine. When I did massaging as a College course, my tutor told us after every massage we give, shake our hands afterwards so that the bad energy we've released from a person's body doesn't transfer to us, I even shake excess energy off coming out of any cemetery, people look at me like I'm a nut, but I don't care, I know the purpose. I love reiki healing and thank you for teaching me a different way to do this process instead of me stood there shaking my whole body like a spider on drugs.
I literally just found a bug in my home and decided to release it outside (it’s past midnight in my sketch neighborhood) and during the whole ordeal I was BEYOND terrified. As I’m releasing the bug two stray dogs began approaching so of course I ran back into my place and stumbled right onto this video!
