I love that there’s all these Jeep groups and whatnot that caravan out here to go 5 mph, and then there’s these guys in vintage 911s. Forget “car collector” numbers matching never been driven in the rain BS. These guys are enjoying their vehicles. Also proving that just about any vehicle can be an overlander and you don’t need lockers, 35’s, etc to do most of the “trails” in this part of the country. So why not take something that’s fun to drive on the way there too?!? Makes me wish I still had my WRX wagon.
@@Hammbone2519 Agree! Lots of vehicles out there that are way over-modified. There's a guy in N GA that makes these Porsche 'Safari's and they are still good daily drivers - just got lots of ground clearance and 4WD, which Porsche has had for decades.
