You can separate it and save it as extra note attached with the take off and don’t need to add the 5% truss!!!

I just purchased the drywall/framing plugin and it does not look at all like that. When you are clicking on the green light to start a takeoff, i do not have nearly as many options to choose from. did you change all that?

This is from 2011. These programs can change dramatically in that many years.

how to subtract openings like doors and windows? The area for drywall that you get is gross area?

You don't subtract any openings that are 4' or less
