They expect us to believe everything that they say, which isn’t possible for any logical buyer. Without written terms and conditions, it’s not a fair deal. For example, we reach out to Tata after 10 percent of battery in just one year, we won’t know if the Tata shall repair the battery or not.. they may call it normal depreciation or they may fix it… by defining annual battery depreciation, then can remove such confusions but they prefer to keep mum for unknown reasons.

Itna jaldi range degradation, 3 yrs me to phone ki battery bhi degrade nahi hoti. LFP batteries easily last 10 yrs with about 10% degradation.
