Depending on the situation, mostly 4D if you can find the right one for you. I prefer L-Drago Destroy, Phantom Orion, and Hell Kerbecs, even though its not considered 4D. Hope this helped!

cross griffon actually is a top-tier(right spin) smash AR, trygle's is better though. there still are tournaments, like my friend(beymyblade) has alot of epic tournaments. you should see some of his tournaments

They're plastic lol. But there is a part called the Weight Disk which is metal. It just adds weight to the Blade.
