Does this recieve commands to take a picture and does it relay a quality image or short clip? or is it to fuzzy to read letters 5 feet infront of it?

I have done the set up and logged on to the account but it is not sending the pictures. The APN is blank where it should show Broadband

We are testing it in Russia right now, I will get back to you once we have positive results.

We have tested it will local GSM operators. Works fine with all SIM cards. The app works as well. The hardest thing was pairing GSM Network and camera - you should ask or search for MMS/3G network settings of your provider.
They are usually available on the official website in troubleshooting or somewhere there.
