VDN 3 est une route qui nous conduira au nord du Sénégal, traversant le fleuve Sénégal et le désert du Sahara (Mauritanie) jusqu'au Maroc. Il faut ajouter à cela, des chemins de fer pour faciliter le transport des biens et des hommes entre les trois pays: Le Sénégal, la Mauritanie et le Maroc, non seulement ceci contribuera au développement de l'Afrique mais il évitera ou diminuera le nombre des noyades des immigrants africains et autres sur la côte atlantique.
