I seeing this in high school choir, my mom said she wanted a plate of her funeral lol. She died today, I found this for a beautiful rendition. Couldn’t remember half the words except , “ ain’t that good news”. She suffered-it’s good news, she’s home❤

@@esquire2K11 yes it definitely was! Not only with Mr. Caldwell but the whole experience of teaching at an HBCU. Very grateful for that experience and miss those students.
