Just downloaded this. It's fucking sick! Even though it's kicking my ass, I'm already getting better at the game, and that's what makes Contra so awesome.
Favorite old school Contra game: Contra Hard Corps. Favorite modern Contra game: Hard Corps Uprising. Konami knows how to treat the Contra franchise right.
I managed to place 43rd in the world charts with this game.. only because I love this series & run & gun reflex don't die. Anyways underrated game. It's alot of fun

When I first got this game, I would get the Lotus Wyrm to near death, then just keep dodging it, so I could continue to listen. I hope a part 2 is coming at some point!

Music awesome, game awesome but I'm still wondering about 1 thing (and that doesn't giving a break). When i watch a gameplay, during boss fight (mid boss, stage boss, no matter) i hear a beasts sounds, when a player hit a boss, especially mechanical one.

I have to say, fighting a giant robot thats chasing you while you are hanging on to a train thats going up is pretty damn epic.

Personally I think Daisuke should stay off storyboard lol. He's good at everything else, quite literally, except story. GG is so darn confusing 0.0.
overall wasnt too impressed with the music in this game, the older contras had much better tracks.
