- Playing the Warsword Conquest mod for Mount & Blade, we attempt to do a Lizardman VS all run with some slight modifications that should hopefully make it more interesting!

Phiggs - you can sell live cattle to the guildmaster now
Tuidjy - There are events that can grant magic skills to select companions: Oggy Boggy, Adelyn, and Lord Albertus
Avarice - Dungeon length improves the final reward, AoE kills by magic can trigger daemon manifestations

Hey TRM, even if you stop this series keep playing Warband! It seems like everyone loves it based off of views, and I know I do as well. Whether its Pendor or LOTR or Warhammer, I love all of the Warband content.
I'm cool with him power leveling abit aswell, like he is with each tier of dungeon. Keeping it interesting and flowing.

14:38 For anyone coming here trying to find this damn chest hoping trm did, it's on a shelf above a doorway (corridor transition hole?), you'll find it if you make it to the end door and walk straight back toward the beginning while looking up.
If you decide to put points in anyting outside of strenght, i recommend with Intelligence and Tactics. Even when outnumbered 3 to 1 the game puts you in an equal field.
usually i'd recommend leadership since you can make your troops upkeep 50% cheaper with 10 points of leadership, with them being 50% cheaper means you can afford way more men then before at the same wage price
@@Adierit Yes but in a 200 vs 900 fight you will face on the field 300 while you have 50. With Tactics you can get an even field or even more troops than the enemy.
The groups that allows you command on battlefield, u can change in the company window - u have there basic groups : footman, shooter, and cavalry. And every unit at basic is in one of this three groups. And u may change it before dungon, for example when u taking down on the list some unit to be on top with the dunegon list u may also change the group for this unit.
Also try using your polearm without the shield, you may like it more :)
You could try the Star Wars mod for Warband after this run, its actually pretty innovative.
I second this, would be awesome to see a TRM series on that mod.

When you talked about the world generation in the last video I legitimately paused the video and talked about that before you did in the video. I completely agree some of it seems custom built but they have some degree of random and the chests placement is probably in certain "set" areas

the mace doesn't do both cut and bash damage, you can switch to cutting by pressing X, which is pretty pointless since it has less armor penetration, but it's still a decent weapon
BTW, Manual blocking and attacking is really easy to get used to, you can just unclick and reclick your mouse to block the next likely attack, as well as feint attacks against enemies by moving in a direction, prepping a swing and immediately canceling and prepping to another direction, you can absolutely destroy most tourneys on manual attack and block. I've never had as much issue as you fighting 1v1 against this AI and I think its just the auto block
yeah coming back to warband to play this mod from bannerlord made the tournaments a joke, since bannerlord got rid of the automatic blocking as an option entirely

Would you do a mod stream for warband ? the last days of the third age stream? I feel like this would be great especially with the new Amazon show coming out people like your Mount and blade combat so it might be worth?
Lots of new mods out for Bannerlord too TRM!!! I suggest checking them out. If you wanna wait longer, there's expected to be some pretty big mods being released later in the year

Yeah I really don’t think spell casters should go In dungeon they are just to weak and die very easily. You should bring another Tanky unit

Loving this series i redownloaded mount and blade warsword myself when i saw you do it. Some advice. Stop bringing skinks into dungeons haha. they are way to weak. there are companions and tanky wizards to bring in. also drop that poleax for literally any ranged weapon
Look up the wiki for what units and spells do. you don't understand some of the basic and most important spells in the game and it shows.
Next run you do please use magic its one of the most fun things in the game
Guns are OP once you get the skill up you can reload as fast as a bow.
Bombs like the one you picked up. great for sieges.
For your 3 man crew. Paladins and tanky wizards are the best. or one solo ranged with two shields. Someone in your group has to have range esp for the later ones when you need them hitting casters to interrupt them.
Its not like he played as Uther Dancebringer and maged the shit out of the Warhammer Factions but ok :´D

paladin should have regen/auto use heal. but i don't see the message in the chat when he use it. maybe only grey knight does have it now? but paladin is a upgraded grey knight so it's strange

I really wanna see a whole warsword campaign, all the current ones on YT are old or play pretty boring races. Like I want to see Skaven, Lizardmen or Tomb Kings and no using other races units unless it fights. For example Amazonians and Lizardmen.
ok bro u seem to have not so much experience with the warhammer stuff. lizardmans are exellent wizards and have so of the strongest mages in the lore. dwarfs are the guys that cant use magic but they are more resistent to it. those skinks are lizardman as well and they are your casters
well yeah, the skinks are strong mages but the mechanics in this mod make them hit or miss, since you can't control what spells the mages use, nor control what mage you get from the taverns. celestial skink mages are AMAZING for damage, BUTTTT in this mod any time an AOE spell gets a lot of kills, you risk unleashing 20 daemons that are hostile to you based on how many kills in the battle were done with magic.
What about skaven and beastmen? What are they good at?
@@HorseEngine999 not exactly sure but they have there own type of "magic" these dark corrupted stuff that allows them to use Something like magic.
@@Adierit well okay. Havent played the mod since ~3years. I have no idea of the mechanics anymore and i think there was no magic in this mod the last time i played it😅 im more into bannerlord
@@HorseEngine999 sorry read your question wrong. The beastman are as far as i know more those braindead all in meele fighters with giant beasts in there frontlines. Skavens are more the sneaky dudes. Sneaky or quantity. Good "modern" armament.
