I heard once from my guru that, It is best to eat vegetables and fruits which has more than 70% of water in it, instead drinking 3 to 4 liters of water per day May be it is best if it has no bad impact on our body because we can reduce number of times using bathrom So i request dr. I am 65 year old woman. I walk between 8000 to 10000 steps each day. I don’t know if this increases the life span, but certainly keeps us fit and healthy, as long as we live...or as long as we walk.

ನಮಸ್ತೆ ಸರ್ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನ ನಾನು 2.15ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ಫಾಲೋ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀನಿ ಇವತ್ತು ನನಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಗುರಿ ಮುಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಖುಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಇದೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರಣ ನೀವು ಸಹ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಅಂದು ಅಂದರೆ 01.01.2024 ರಂದು 95kg ಇದ್ದೆ ಇಂದು 14.03.2024 74.30 kg ಆಗಿದ್ದೀನಿ ಸತತ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾರ್ಗ ದರ್ಶನ ಕಾರಣ ದಿನ 5ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಎದ್ದು 10km ನಡಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತ ಇದ್ದೀನಿ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು ಸರ್ 🙏🙏🙏🙏
If u want to lose weight ( Fat+Muscle), you can walk atleast for 10K steps in a day. If you want to lose only Fat but not muscle, wieght trainings needs to be done. Avoid sugar( prefer Jaggery- stevia sugar) Maida, bakery items. Have chicken/biriyani once a week. I tried walking and lost belly fat almost. But i used to look very thin. For Men its ideal to try both walk and weight training.

I am 65 year old woman. I walk between 8000 to 10000 steps each day. I don’t know if this increases the life span, but certainly keeps us fit and healthy, as long as we live...or as long as we walk.
