Hopefully Disney had some good lessons learned from what they tried in Celebration. With Asteria being the second one, I'm hoping the NC version can learn from what goes well and doesn't go well with the one in California.
Im 45 but interested in the 55+ community...can we lock in a home and lot in advance before age 55+ Lol! ;) Also do you know if we can become members of the club without living there?
Doesn't hurt to start planning early! It is possible it could be a certain segment is geared for 55+, but not everyone in that section has to be 55+. With this being a brand new announcement, we don't have a ton of details yet. I'll be keeping my eye on the Cotino community in California to see how things play out like if you can reserve early and whether you can be in the members club without living there.
