Thank you! If there's anything I know, it's this - when I listen to him for just ~30 minutes each day, I perform considerably better during my working hours than when I don't listen to him. It always makes me go a few steps further.

I am a list maker but often in the mornings. With my bullet journal i can plan ahead and that keeps me motivated. Thanks for sharing ! #believe
