I have talked to some of the managers of these hotels and they are very happy with the city contracts to house migrants. I can predict that soon we will see nursing homes taking migrants as these businesses are being coerced to take these lucrative government contracts. Maybe that was the reason to send Covid positive patients to infect the nursing homes earlier. Later these businesses on fixed government life support can be sold for huge profits to investors who would later be called to big to fail to be bailed out by tax payers.
