Definitely wasn't as early as 1991. Trance didn't take off till the second part of the 90's. Early 90's was house, drum and bass & hardcore. This is proper trance the way it should sound. As I like to call it "Super Trance"

Even if it sounds like music from the past, the reality is that it is trance from the 2010's. It shows there are artists from recent times that make music like this regardless of the commercial appeal of trance.
