  • Despite what my haters try to make people think, I'm not banned from Reading Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad Company. I'm actually friends with Andrew Muller who is the owner of the railroad and have been friends since 1987.
This was at the end of the day for the second Iron Horse Ramble from North Reading Junction to Jim Thorpe. The Engineer on the return trip was Chad Fredrickson. Chad's late Grandfather Duke Fredrickson worked in the Reading Shops during the time that Reading was rebuilding the I-10s into the famous T1s. Chad is Third Generation railroader.
I hope you enjoy this little video. there is more to come. So keep your eyes and ears open for more videos from Journey Back In Time Productions.

You are so lucky you got to blow the whistle. When they are rolling down the track at no matter what speed it sounds like it's going 100 mph.

I think 2102 with 425's aux tender looks quite nice tbh

to be fair 425s current aux tender is 2102s former aux tender, it became 425s since they stopped using 425s previous and smaller aux tender

@@jessdatheturdle6602 I remember! I've seen plenty of photos and videos of 2102's old aux tender in some places, sometimes on 425, but mostly by the sidelines, I wonder if it may ever be repurposed someday, if it's able to ofc
