More over in my chart mars is a 11th lord and thus is gets proved that it is a multiple property yoga. Moon is conjunct in this yoga of D-4 thus property is gifted to me by my mother is also proved. Sir, the remedy of giving 6 roses on 6 Saturdays to a Hanuman temple works. I have even suggested it to few people they have given positive feedback. My observation is that it works well with people having Venus something to do with 2nd house. Thanks to saptarishi Astrology and dhavalji.

So timely that the Creator put this lecture/dialogue in my path at this moment as I have learned my brother is suffering from an inoperable tumor. The Creator has blessed me with Sunil ji's affirmation of the power of prayer, but equally important of the significance of planets in the 7th house, which may be creating a suffering due to ancestors. I am assuming if it is Saturn, perhaps it is a father or male relative. But more importantly, to have my faith refreshed in the power of prayer, partiviularly today is as if the Creator is reaching out to me with a gift of assurance of healing through prayer!

At what time you do this remedy because gulika time is 6am to 7.30 am on Saturday and Dhawal ji is saying after 12 noon
That yog about mars+saturn related to 1st/4th lord giving multiple properties is true to a friend of mine.
He is Gemini lagna, mercury 1+4 lord in parivartana with mars(mars in virgo), and mercury in scorpio with saturn.
he has owned 10 properties (currently has 4) and all this when he is only 32 years of age, and plans to get more properties through life.

Very true. I have Moon+ Sat in 12th in Taurus and I was away from home in a hostel since age 14 for 3.5 years and then from later 20's moved to USA and finally took citizenship here. Always way from mother and mother land. :-(

Sir, I have this Yoga Of : Ascendant Mercury holds Saturn and Mars in 4th house of my chart. Gemini Ascendant. Where as Mercury exchange the house with Saturn. Mercury in Aquarius Saturn in Virgo. I own multiple properties both constructed and land too. Moreover it is on rise in my Mars Dasha. Mars and Saturn Both are Retrograde. Instead of Saturn the Mars is malefic here. Hats off sir. No book can reveal the this technique! With my birth property started increasing. Thanks Sunil sir .... !

can we also know how much time period after doing the kuladevi arpana, presenting grains to Maa Jagadamba in lieu of kula devi and feeding birds, will the dosha go and problems in that area will be resolved? I have 2 planets in 7th house and issues related to that house. Also the &th lord is also 10th lord so hopefully problems with both 10th and 7th will be resolved.

I want to make a small request and before that ask forgiveness for this request but I think its my duty to bring this point. Sir use of word 'sex' is associated with taboo in our mindset nad should not be but still its a crude word to use in public forums of such learned gathering. There are many words like 'intercourse' which are more biological and acceptable and less discomforting. My request is that refinement of language is very important in such respected gathering of learned people. And it also gives a positive and rightful motivation to followers.

Hello Sunil John Sir, Nice video...My first question to you that Suppose someone's having minimum one planet or more than one planet So, there will be a pending "mannat" which not complete by his any of relative so can you please tell me that Is this mannat is from past life or current life..? or If from past life then it is understood...but if it is from current life than how can it possible that if any of his relative had a mannat for native's birth in this life and birth occurs but 7th house occupied with planets so still that nativ's relative have so much time to complete that mannat so why this 7th house occupied with planets in this birth only??

Sir I don’t know if it is done in India but in Nepal there is concept of mita where two boys or girls are made friends through ritual and they can be part of the family and do every rituals on behalf of that family even after death ceremonies.

I just saw this Video. I completely disagree with the timings said by Astrologer i.e. Between 5 PM to 7 pm is Gulika Kaal. Actually it 6:02 AM to 7:30 AM. This is a prestigious forum. Any incorrect information tarnishes the image of Saptarishis. Can the owner of this channel guide me when to perform the remedy of 6 roses. Awaiting your response.
