We were there me mark dave Williams oh what a great night got totally wankered 41 now but still remember this night standing outside g-Mex in the soddin rain love it lol
I have known the song since it came out thanks to Bannister era R1, but I want to know what the kind of man it was he'd become at 25 he'd always hated?
My cousin was roadie at the Bataclan when they came to Paris on that year. The girl who would become my wife some years later purchased her ticket but I did not. And my cousin could not let me in that day. This probably was the worst concert lost opportunity in my life.
Without sounding like an absolute bellend, what happened? I don't want to be 42 anymore, I want to go out on a tuesday and not come home until September, this is shit, I never signed up for this.
That was on the Laid tour, two years later, I believe. Certainly that was when I saw Radiohead support James, at the Brixton Academy. Easily the best of the many James gigs I saw.
Top quality footage
