Sometimes wish I could go back in time and see these two beautiful people.i watch on Pluto which runs 24/7 so I can't miss one thing on Gunsmoke. They should have been a real couple. Never thought I would become so obsessed with the lives/love of two people. I often wonder if Jim Arness's widow every watches the old shows. Of course she lived/loved for be real.
James and Amanda still with us today.we never forget those two lovely couple. They were so much in love. Beautiful couple. Now they on heaven enjoining their love and close to James childrens. I believing a beautiful miracle.

But Matt is alive, hanging by the thinnest of threads. Afraid that the outlaw leader will finish Matt off if he finds out he's still alive, Doc and Festus keep the knowledge from Kitty and everyone while they hatch a plan to lure the gang into a trap. Amanda Blake does a tour de force of acting, going from disbelief when she discovers that Matt is alive, to her eyes and voice holding condemnation of Doc and Festus for their cruel hoax, to love as she and Matt embrace. It's a powerful scene.
