Question: the cash flow from the additional units is stated as 283k and the NOI 184k. Is cash flow the NOI minus the mortgage payment? If so, wouldn't the NOI amount be more than the cash flow amount?
@@CommercialPropertyAdvisors Thank you Peter. I’m really referring to tenants that don’t pay after a period of time. If the unit is considered a non living storage Condo, can they skirt the eviction laws by using the moratorium and not paying. I hope my question makes sense.
Ask your eviction attorney that question. It sure sounds like you could make that argument to a judge.

Generally no. I work in Ohio and New Mexico. It only applies to residential and not commercial... at least in the states I'm working in, but I suspect that works the same in most if not all of them.

I think the surge in people who are buying an RV is due to people cant afford housing, they are living in them full time.
That's not the whole story. Many people are buying them to vacation with. During this pandemic, second home purchasing has hit an all time high too.

I think he accidentally switch it around ,his mortgage $10,000/m, the difference is approx $100K
