BTW if you're curious about how much calories you should consume. I think 1200 cals a day would be good enough for ya. Add in some 30 minute dumbell exercises twice a week certainly and you sorted innit. What matters is consistency and making time for it. You don't have to go super hardcore into weight lifting. Take it at your pace. As for fixing jetlag, that will go away with time so you're fine. Barely watched The Moomins back in the day, so I was only able get most of the references in the game thanks to the watchalongs with the Novelites. Good times. Those were some incredibly sweet and (unusually) wholesome hours spend with Shiwowi Slight change of topics. When it comes to SciFi-horror 01:21:13 the Alien-franchise is indeed always a good starting point. The iconic original from 1979 is genre defining and almost a must watch. I especially like to recommend "Event Horizon". It has a (possibly merited) reputation for being a bit trashy, but it's a an absolute cult-classic for lovers of the genre

The day in which Shiori became the Sun 🌞😆. A lot of highlights here, lady 🤓. Like, for instance, whose idea was to add sugar to your lemonade? That totally destroys the flavour 😅😅😅. I actually think Snufkin would make a marvellous husband... as long as you embrace his style of life, of course. I mean, he's kind and gallant, he's a nice eco terrorist, he doesn't like people (so more Snufkin for you I guess 😉) and he'll definitely respect your personal space. Indeed, watching you play reminded me of the times in which I could play these games (and have inner monologues out loud like that 🤣). And, definitely, it is a mystery how to act normal. What's normal for those people who say "act normal"? My normal seems to be so weird 😅. If you want to have a partner of weirdness, just give the harlequin a whistle 😆. Their method, fwiw, was to "gut it through" the 1st day with lots of both coffee and exercise (running esp. iirc) as soldiers do; then hope to sleep well that night. The goal was to synchronize their circadian rhythms with local time in one day. So, ig if steppies help you stay awake long enough to reset that, ig that could work I'm not so sure about melatonin supplements tho tbh I mean, I know melatonin is technically a hormone used in our sleep cycles, but I'm not sure melatonin supplements really work. I don't know for sure, but I may have heard that sleep cycle is either not so simple that just ingesting more melatonin makes sleep easier/better, or it's that melatonin supplements may not be pure (supplements not technically regulated after all). I hope that you'll sleep better soon tho, in any case Seems like Moomin was mostly a great game for you to play then for a first week back, nice and mostly chill, lots of opportunity for you to talk and tangent The artstyle is nice, ig it kinda reminds me of Zelda: Windwaker way back when (like Moomin's cel-shaded too??). Depending on the person and other circumstances, melatonin can work, not work or have the opposite effect as desired 😅. So... yeah 🎶 First time it normally works fine though. Better together with some herbs 👍👍. Other solution is just skipping sleep for one day. Not ideal, but it works fine enough 😅.
This game turned out to be even more relaxing than I thought it would be~ The ambience and OST that played when you were exploring in the forest areas was really comfy and I enjoyed recognizing some of the characters as they appeared. I even had some memories from the watchalongs start to come back to me when the Hattifatteners were mentioned and you had to venture to their island.It wasn't even that long ago, but it had me feeling nostalgic.I also have no clue why, but something about the guard's screams after they were scared by the ghost you lured them to was just funny to me.I really like what I've seen from this game so far. It's a cute game and it's been fun to watch! I'm also really excited to go to my first Hololive concert and I'm glad that I'll be able to catch both days as well!Whether us Novelites are there in-person or watching the stream for Breaking Dimensions, know that we'll be giving it our all to cheer for you!We don't need to lie to you when we say that you'll do great out there because we've seen the results of your practice in the 3D collabs and we've seen just strong your singing has become. This was pretty fun and chill , thanks for the stream . I enjoyed all the zatsu portions a lot as well, plus the assets you showed us with all the hands were cool too lol , looking forward to part 2 ! Oh also , for New York - it’s not THAT dangerous (depending on the area) to walk around and stuff but you do generally need to be more alert or aware of your surroundings more than you usually would when going out, especially if you’re not walking with a group. The subways are fine and a common method of transportation but for safety reasons don’t ever stand near the edge because there are unfortunately people who might shove or push others. Besides that I do hope you enjoy NY! They have amazing food! Definitely try out hotdog/pretzel stands and grab a random slice of pizza, NY is known for how good they are . Plenty of tourist spots too if you have time, Times Square is really nice imo and Rockefeller Center has a Nintendo Store there (sorry if I spoke too much on this topic btw)

This was such a goofy and comfy stream, games like this are perfect for tangenting The art in this game is legitimately so pleasing to the eyes, it's got a nice and soft feel that suits the vibe its going for, I did not expect to like this as much as I did, some legitimately surprising stuff in it as well that chase scene was pretty intense The last zatsu portion just being you messing with all the weird assets you have was so peak, im not even sure where the hands or Sadako would be used and that makes it even funnier that you have them just prepared like that Thank you for the stream, Shiori
I really love this game! The game world is incredibly beautiful and magnificent! I enjoy how there are special setups that let you pause and appreciate the stunning art while solving puzzles. Maybe even too "worm", with how hot it is Speaking of the concert, I'm super excited for it! Travel visas are a pain and costs are a hassle, so I'm only going to be streaming both days. Still figuring out some stuff related to that - this is my first time ever watching such an event so I'm a little lost and quite stressed out aaaa!!! - but I hope to have the tickets purchased in due time. I'm not the kind of person to lie, so I'm going to honestly say: This stuff looks r e a l l y stressful and I don't fault you one bit for not feeling confident. But, even despite that, having been a Novelknight for 11 months straight, I am genuinely pretty much 100% sure you're going to go out there and look absolutely wonderful during whatever performances might be planned. I simply don't see it going any other way - I know you'll do amazing! Sorry to hear about the jet lag though... I suppose that's something you just have to deal with when traveling, huh? I'd assume that the heat making you feel exhausted might be contributing to the issue also... My sleep schedule has been getting all out of wack lately as well, so at least you're not alone; one way or another, I'm sure it'll even out when the time comes! Still, if you need it evened out now? I have my own massive set of headcanons regarding Novelites and Novelknights specifically already, but I'm super excited to see what you're cooking for the canon lore, whenever it comes!!! IT'S GONNA BE SO COOL I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT - Thirdly! Though you didn't disclose much about it, a Fanficathon/writing challenge thingy sounds like a really fun time! I'm a very slow writer, so perhaps this would help me improve in that regard. Honestly, any stream ideas to get the fanfic side of the Novelite community involved (there are tons of talented people in it that I've had the pleasure to meet!) feel absolutely lovely to me. I had a LOOOONG day at work today. But Loopy Unhinged Shiori made my day so much, it's ending with a wide grin on my face. The combination of a very relaxing and comfy game with Shiori's live, uncut & untamed tangents and commentary that had more spice today than usual was a very welcome surprise! Their method, fwiw, was to "gut it through" the 1st day with lots of both coffee and exercise (running esp. iirc) as soldiers do; then hope to sleep well that night. The goal was to synchronize their circadian rhythms with local time in one day. So, ig if steppies help you stay awake long enough to reset that, ig that could work I'm not so sure about melatonin supplements tho tbh I mean, I know melatonin is technically a hormone used in our sleep cycles, but I'm not sure melatonin supplements really work. I don't know for sure, but I may have heard that sleep cycle is either not so simple that just ingesting more melatonin makes sleep easier/better, or it's that melatonin supplements may not be pure (supplements not technically regulated after all). I hope that you'll sleep better soon tho, in any case Seems like Moomin was mostly a great game for you to play then for a first week back, nice and mostly chill, lots of opportunity for you to talk and tangent The artstyle is nice, ig it kinda reminds me of Zelda: Windwaker way back when (like Moomin's cel-shaded too??). Zatsu was fun too, seeing you change bg assets reminded me of a specific song, and I'm looking forward to like that Inkwell bestiary. This game turned out to be even more relaxing than I thought it would be~
The ambience and OST that played when you were exploring in the forest areas was really comfy and I enjoyed recognizing some of the characters as they appeared. I even had some memories from the watchalongs start to come back to me when the Hattifatteners were mentioned and you had to venture to their island.It wasn't even that long ago, but it had me feeling nostalgic.I also have no clue why, but something about the guard's screams after they were scared by the ghost you lured them to was just funny to me.I really like what I've seen from this game so far. It's a cute game and it's been fun to watch!

Oh also , for New York - it’s not THAT dangerous (depending on the area) to walk around and stuff but you do generally need to be more alert or aware of your surroundings more than you usually would when going out, especially if you’re not walking with a group. The subways are fine and a common method of transportation but for safety reasons don’t ever stand near the edge because there are unfortunately people who might shove or push others.
Besides that I do hope you enjoy NY! They have amazing food! Definitely try out hotdog/pretzel stands and grab a random slice of pizza, NY is known for how good they are . Plenty of tourist spots too if you have time, Times Square is really nice imo and Rockefeller Center has a Nintendo Store there (sorry if I spoke too much on this topic btw)

This was such a goofy and comfy stream, games like this are perfect for tangenting The art in this game is legitimately so pleasing to the eyes, it's got a nice and soft feel that suits the vibe its going for, I did not expect to like this as much as I did, some legitimately surprising stuff in it as well that chase scene was pretty intense The last zatsu portion just being you messing with all the weird assets you have was so peak, im not even sure where the hands or Sadako would be used and that makes it even funnier that you have them just prepared like that Thank you for the stream, Shiori

Speaking of the concert, I'm super excited for it! Travel visas are a pain and costs are a hassle, so I'm only going to be streaming both days. Still figuring out some stuff related to that - this is my first time ever watching such an event so I'm a little lost and quite stressed out aaaa!!! - but I hope to have the tickets purchased in due time. I'm not the kind of person to lie, so I'm going to honestly say:
This stuff looks r e a l l y stressful and I don't fault you one bit for not feeling confident. But, even despite that, having been a Novelknight for 11 months straight, I am genuinely pretty much 100% sure you're going to go out there and look absolutely wonderful during whatever performances might be planned. I simply don't see it going any other way - I know you'll do amazing!

I'd assume that the heat making you feel exhausted might be contributing to the issue also... Someone in chat mentioned melatonin, which I've heard is a good option. Certainly wouldn't hurt imo!
The game by itself was really pretty and did quite a decent job at emulating that Moomin vibe, but above all else it really brought back memories of the watchalongs, especially with how much of the early episode content it referenced! If it wasn't for you, I doubt I'd be able to recognize any of the characters/creatures. One detail I also found really adorable is how you tried to emulate the dub voices for all of the characters, down to the tone and speech patterns and AAA it was so cool!!!

- I was always very excited for the makeup stream! Not only would it potentially make a fun handcam if you want to go that route AND capitalize on the sheer fun factor of all of your educational-ish content, it would... genuinely be a set of quite useful knowledge to me? I've been wanting to try/learn doing makeup for the first time for ages now, and I might finally be getting a chance to do so soon. I know I could just look up a tutorial, but... it's not the same as being taught a thing or two by the Archiver herself, is it? It might also give me a bit more confidence... which is something I'd very much appreciate.
- Secondly, as a MASSIVE fan of all manners of lore (one of the Novelite discords has nicknamed me "lorekeeper" due to my little obsession ), I'd be really - and I mean REAAAALLY - excited for a website cataloguing it! It's certainly an interesting endeavour and, as you assumed, would make for a valuable resource - both for me to reference personally and to assist me in dragging people down the rabbit hole >:D . I have my own massive set of headcanons regarding Novelites and Novelknights specifically already, but I'm super excited to see what you're cooking for the canon lore, whenever it comes!!! IT'S GONNA BE SO COOL I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT
- Thirdly! Though you didn't disclose much about it, a Fanficathon/writing challenge thingy sounds like a really fun time! I'm a very slow writer, so perhaps this would help me improve in that regard. Honestly, any stream ideas to get the fanfic side of the Novelite community involved (there are tons of talented people in it that I've had the pleasure to meet!) feel absolutely lovely to me.
