Asher Hetch Certainly! but when you place two actors known for being in comedies together its harder to separate yourself from it. If they had released a film with frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis jr. that had the same feel as this film you would still think,"oh another rat pack comedy!"

Unfortunately its very hard for me to take James Franco seriously, I'm trying really hard here, Jonah Hill is actually working quite nicely for me but James Franco kind of makes me cringe a bit haha.

Its true though dude. I cant really take him too seriously either, but at the same time i get this creepy vibe from him in this trailer. Its a cool lil feeling, hope this movie leaves us all feeling that way with franco, and its alot deeper of a movie than im getting from it.

I actually like these two and love when actors who are actually legitimately good are finally given a chance to show that and are no longer type cast. Yes these two are hilarious and I hope they do more comedies but I like seeing them in these sort of roles as well.
Well, both actors are capable of serious films in their own solo projects! James Franco with 128 days (may have gotten the title wrong there) and Jonah Hill with Money Ball!
But I never in a million years thought they'd do a serious film together and after the hell Franco has had with 'The Interview'. This looks like a weird trailer to watch but I'm looking forward to the film.

These two are great examples of actors who can pull off comedic roles as well as serious roles. True actors.
Impeccable movie, don't listen to the reviewers. My favourite Franco and HIll movie, and that comes from a huge fan of their comedies. I couldn't look away anytime Hill spoke to Franco, they just work so well together. Franco also took it to the next level, he's such a creepy and mysterious guy but throughout the whole movie I was still on his side (as in i believed he didnt do it). Very very intense, a little slow to start, but good slow not boring slow

Their comedies are far better than this movie that told absolutely nothing. No suspance, no surprises, no entertainment.
Knowing about the crime before seeing the movie really removes the tension
I never thought I'd see a serious drama with these two actors, but from this trailer it seems they can pull it off. Have to watch . And on a side note, I saw someone say that Franco is the best replacement for Heath Ledger as the Joker, I disagree. No can match Heath, and even Jared Leto, who has amazing talent, still feels a lil off to me . He's too boyish. Hopefully he can pull it off for Suicide Squad .

This was actually a really hilarious movie, it's just a different directing style than the raunchy comedies these guys do. I think people are taking this too seriously just like they took American Psycho...it's a dark comedy.

First of all this is a great movie, secondly- James Franco and Jonah Hill pulled off such amazing performances. It was great to watch them in more serious roles, especially because both these actors are known more for their comedic movies. I've grown up watching James Franco since the Freaks And Geeks series! And, I think he is an amazing actor in all genres!

They are both very talented, and they have both done serious characters before. We just remember them more when they are goofy.
Gretchen! I love her on screen no matter how small her role is. She's so good she truly makes me want to write a character for her. And I can't tell you how proud I am of Johnah, he has so much more than people allow him to give most of the times.

I was questioning why I clicked on this the moment I did...James Franco and Jonah Hill have let me down in the past too many times. But now I'm glad I took a chance on the trailer. This movie actually looks really good and both men are great actors! I like that this seems like a good game of cat and mouse.

Admittedly, this movie was extremely exciting to watch, but indeed it left many questions unanswered in the end. If you pay close attention to the things said and spend some time pondering about the meaning of the movie, you will realise some interesting things. The way I see it, the whole movie circles around the value of truth vs the value of storytelling, and the extent to which people value or prefer the one over the other. The con, however, is that viewers shouldn't normally be scratching their heads so much in order to find what a movie is trying to tell them.

Christian Longo is a psychopath that killed his family in order to start a new life. Mike Finkel was there to teach him how to connect too the audience in a convincing way. It was about power, manipulation, and deception and Mike Finkel and the audience were the victims!

I went into this movie knowing nothing about it apart from the actors that are in it and I'm so glad I did. Don't watch the trailer or read the plot just go watch it now! I don't usually like this kind of film but there's something about it that makes you want to keep watching it's fantastic.
