    Taking their time…random conversations…sounds like heaven! I would love to have all those kind elders around! Moved out of DC to get out of the cortisol-filled rat race.

    Loveland has ups and downs like any other city. As for being too many retirement places, that's a load. There are more Walgreens than anything else lol. If you do not like to commute, move to the area you work. Traffic is an issue in any large community. I think not everyone is a good fit for Loveland. I love my town! I have been here for my whole life, tourism is our bread and butter baby. And a team is only as good as its coaches. Fort Collins is a college town, Boulder is a party town, Greeley is..... lol Greeley (no thanks). I think worst thing here is law enforcement, right now there are major issues. And the other bad thing EXPENSIVE! Maybe not compared to LA or New York, but it's high priced. It's a beautiful area, so come visit and see what you think.
