Joslyn Davis chatted with Avan Jogia at the world premiere of 'The Hunger Games about supporting his friend Josh Hutcherson, what's next on "Victorious," and who he'd put in 'The Hunger Games.'

i'm really crushing on him these days!
i love how it went from and interview to an actual down to earth conversation. it proves he isn't cocky. he is a real person. Avan for president! Josh for Vice President!

I can really see Avan being Finnick! :D I really like his acting and it would be great to see if he could take it as far as the hunger games. I just hope :-)

@LilFaisal1 victorious is a Nickelodeon sitcom starring Victoria Justice and many other talented actors/actresses. Avan is a part of the cast, so that's why you see people mentioning her.

@willycosme im sure there were other ways to understand the question. for instance "if you were in the hunger games who would you want to play with?" instead of of saying in the 2nd book they go back to the games. if you were in, etc. my point is she didnt have to say that.

When Avan went through the audition process his partner for the role of Katniss was Lilly Collins. I read this awhile ago and I cannot remember the link. But they did this in threes and worked with who worked best and he had been paired with Lilly Collins and Hunter Parrish. If Avan had been cast as Gale, Lilly Collins would have been Katniss and Hunter Parrish would have been Peeta.
@smileatmenow16 you clearly haven't read catching fire. Plus Jennifer Lawrence is in her 20s and Katniss is around 16 years old.

the only role I could think of is maybe a young haymitch or maybe the young avox in part 3 that leads them in the final battle.
Avan was the producers second choice for Gale actually, after Liam. If Liam hadn't been cast, it would have been Avan. And Lilly Collins was the second choice for Katniss and Hunter Parrish was the second choice for Peeta. Pretty cool, huh?
