Saw your video years ago! I use the Brother machine in the studio. I always do old school stencils but print them off. Printing off a photo as a stencil is rubbish. Best of both worlds.
I am using the pentax pocketjet 300 plus on a Mac. Plug and play. How is that possible. On my windows pc it also work with the software/firmware from Brother.
Thats interesting. I'm assuming that its using either a generic driver or the 600 series driver? I'd be interested to see the what print options are available to you? Let me know - paul

@@BaldR68 was ik al bang voor. Heb een hub geprobeerd maar wordt niet herkend. Alleen WiFi en Bluetooth. Moët laptop blijven gebruiken om te printen. Jammer, was leuk geweest om alleen ipad te gebruiken, lekker licht. Bedankt voor je antwoord. Wordt sparen.😔

they came to offer me one of these, so I tried everything to make it work, and nothing, it even connects to bluetooth but it doesn't print, and since I can't install, I don't want to, I use windows 10, it has a similar drive but it didn't work, hear me say who was a good printer, but I want more... that's interesting. so what drivers are you using? only reason we ask is pentax don't make drivers for these printers as the pentax printing devision was sold to brother a very long time ago, some of these "new" Pentax printers are 10-15 years old. So does the bluetooth work? can you make custom canvas sizes etc? does it work with the iPad? or are you limited to what you can do with the printer? thanks
@@ThatTattooShow i can do everything what the brother printer can. Mine works on Brother drivers. The stencils are great. The only downside is that there is no bluetooth available, but for me is that not a very big problem.
Brother pj7 series are dogshit,recently bought one. No matter what i do,paper either gets chewed up,faint lines no detail,I'm selling and getting an epson ecotank.
Trust me, after using multiple ones in different studios, the only problems I’ve seen is from user error. Such as the power supply being to high voltage etc. it’s pretty much a plug and play system and as said in previous comment I’ve had zero issues in over 8 years. Chris
If you want to use an old Pentax with your Mac, just use the Brother PJ663 driver. Mine still works after a decade of OS updates.

Bullshit pentax is working great on a Mac with the new OS Big Sur

Honestly. That’s down user error. I’ve had a brother pocket jet for well over 8 years and use it daily with zero issues. Chris..
