Cin, that clinic or whatever seems a bit strange? How did they let you pay and book you in for “surgery” when they didn’t even have a consultation with you to confirm if it even was a keloid. Thank God it went away by itself and you got a refund. But professionals should always do a consultation first!💛

I had a huge keloid scar on my ear from a piercing.. huge!! I was so embarrassed about it that after a year I finally went to a doctor and they sent me to a hospital for surgery because it was too big for antibiotics! They sliced it off the front and back and stitched my ear up, and my whole head was bandaged for 5 days🥴😂 I stay well away from piercings now but I am covered in tattoos and have never had any issues!
You guys need to invest in a dyson airwrap! My hair was suchhhhh a chore to dry because its so thick but now it’s super easy & actually fun 🤣 you could share one !

For keloids, surgery is always hit or miss because they could grow back. Steroid injections I think are supposed to be less risky
