If your a new player, rerolling might be good but if you have been playing since day 1? nah, not worth it, by now most players would of cleared exploration 100%, data bank maxed etc AND 1 banner has left already, Yinlin is about to leave, dash event is gone and not sure if you can complete Solaris event in time since it's time-gated for the last 2 rewards.
