All the groups are from multiple companies, stray kids are just friendly with everyone especially Chan lol, he probably knows everyone in the K-pop industry at this point😂 but there were 3 other groups from jyp though, so it’s understandable to be confused hahah
The JYPE notice that went out stated Hyunjin hurt his hand by hitting a door while in the USA during their tour in 2022. There was never any follow up statements after that other than taking appropriate care per medical advise. He was in a brace/wrap for awhile during the Maxident comeback but it appears he is fully recovered now (there is a scar on his hand from the injury so it is believed it may have been a fracture). Stray Kids are fairly athletic (Chan especially), but very few of them take ISAC all that seriously. 2022 ISAC especially as they were hardly in any of the competitions (mostly due to schedules) and they were mostly playing around with fans in the audience and other artists that were there. The guys are just very popular and have a large circle of friends/colleagues amongst the other idol groups.
its kinda like sports competitions where certain groups will be competing and others will be waiting around in the meantime. but skz spent a lot of time interacting with the fans while waiting around which is why there is sm content from there compared to other idol grps HAHA.
They made ISAC easier because idols were getting hurt. it used to have real soccer matches and wrestling and other hand-contact sports. But for the safety of our idols, I'm okay with the water-down versions they have now.
Just Twice, Itzy and Xdinary Heroes are from JYPE. Stray Kids just have a huge friend circle, especially Chan. Being a trainee for 7 yrs made him friends with almost everyone in the k-pop industry at this point😂 But they love interacting with other idols and their fans a lot. Also they couldn't participate in a lot of sports last year because they had just returned from the US leg of their world tour and were tired as hell. And hardly anyone in SKZ takes ISAC seriously, they love to mess around instead. But Hyunjin is actually good at football (like the real sport, not the just kicking the ball in the goal), and Chan is good at both running and jumping high.
