Always good to see your videos pop up once in a while😊 I'm curious as to how you usually prepare for your tutoring classes! especially if you teach students with a wide range of abilities. I used to privately tutor Japanese and only had 2 students but even then, preparing content for them took up a good chunk of my time! 😂

Welcome back. Teaching can be a tiring job, but I guess all your online students are motivated to learn. When I taught at an Eikaiwa it was so exhausting. That looks like a fun meal with your friends, awesome to see Kaotsun as well ! She's so talented. I was always disappointed she never did the occasional vlog especially since she knows so many vloggers. I guess she was too busy with her work as a chef and other activities.

A great idea to have a weekly vlog, it's easier and you'll still keep us connected

I'm a remedial therapist. Sounds like you have a myofascial restriction around your scapula (shoulder blade) muscles. This can occur from lack of mobilisation of a joint space. I suggest exercises that utilise the muscles surrounding the scapula very regularly. Using a "Greasing the groove" method for exercises such as; scapula pull ups, dead hangs, protraction push ups, retractions with a band or holding onto vertical bars, downward facing dog elevation and depression.
If you would are interested in more detailed explaination reply here where I can send you an email for an online call for exercise demonstration.
Been watching you for a couple years. Love your content.

Nice comment. I don't have any expertise in this area, but I was thinking that the fact that she spends a lot of time sitting and teaching might have exacerbated some existing issue. Would general upper body strength training help as well ? The release of endorphins might also reduce the symptoms. These days I work from home and try to incorporate frequent short workouts to break up long periods of sitting.

@@juandenz2008 Yeah, perfect idea. Only issue with going straight into any larger muscle group exercises, is without a baseline of core/foundational strength. It can exacerbate the issue. However, using your method and focusing on the entire body's foundational movements and core training as a break between hours of work/study is a great habit to develop.

@@Orangetummy Fantastic! I recommend taking a look at a few channels.
      Tom Merrick
      Gabo Saturno
      Functional Patterns
And even just researching Scapula health in general. :) Good Luck!
