Because the build isn't the typical cookie cutter carry build? If you look on this channel alone, there's 2 other Calamity games with a variation of this build. The idea is to play very aggressively and be very strong early game, sustain yourself with dreamcatcher and magic lifesteal, and get really high amounts of stacks on passive. 22 stacks at end of this video = 66 agility/movement speed. Is it the most meta build? Probably not, but it is viable and fun to play. 1830 mmr, 46 kills, 1280 xpm and 1520 gpm... can't be that bad. :P
