Surprise y'all think a team that won 1 game 2 years ago supposed to win out rest of schedule. Yes they had transfers, new coaches but with sport's it takes time to gel. Not microwave but I'm sure most haven't played sports n don't understand.. of course their mindset is to win every game. But I just want to see vast improvement each year and hopefully get to A bowl game

As a fan of everything I have seen evolve and change since Deion has got there i am amazed and appreciative of the lessons and messages that go on there, especially accountability. In that vein i have a to ask do the coaches get held to the same accountbility as the players? And this is not out of disrespect, but out of knowing the magnitude and position a win last week would have meant. I have seen Shilo take A LOT of heat for his play. He owned it, but does the coaching staff go to him and say "my bad, you were clearly not ready and we put you out there anyway"? Shilo is taking accountability, but he should not have been in a position to fail. I don't think he should be getting destroyed - nationally - for being inserted into the line up. Lastly, those boys played their guts out. Even with all the yards given up, and all the missed tackles those boys showed they have the hearts of champions. They stormed back to take the lead with 2 minutes left. It all came down to ONE play. Joel Klatt, a CU alum and a friend of the program, came on Colin Cohred today and said what mostly everyone that knows football said: you CANNOT call man coverage at the end of the game in that situation. make them work underneath to burn the clock, but the deep past is NOT an option. Does the defensive coordinator take ownership for that? These players are getting roasted for losing one they "should of" had. "They" didn't. That was a "coaching" decision - especially with Travis out and 24 being picked on earlier in the game. I just want, for the morale of the team and that herculean effort they gave, that the coaches reciprocate that accountability. Cuz its very one sided from the outside looking in. But thanks for another great interview.

If I could see that the opposing defense saw 24 as the one to pick on you know they salivated when they saw us in man with him on an island. That game was in the bag for us. In zone they don’t score. Or at least they only get into field goal range and it’s a winner take all if they make the kick. Either way I am hearing a lot of “player” shortcomings but they did their thing. That loss is squarely on the coaches because sometimes it does come down to one play. Again, no shade or hate. I am riding with Deion till the breaks fall off. I just want that accountability message to be evenly distributed.

Mentally, know you have a freight train of a running back coming your direction you are going to do a shoulder tackle or be less aggressive in trying to tackle. After halftime, they had the stats and video, Shilo was not performing up to standards. Ok, TAKE HIM OUT! Making him do an apology tour AND calling his play horrible is not a good look. I'm not to mad because at the end of the day even with K State's 200+ run, Colorado still shouldve beat Kstate. Kstate is not better than CU. And not having your top 4 for almost 3 quarters hurt and they were STILL able to lead in the 4th quarter. It hurts all the way around because again CU shouldve won. This is a testimate to how good CU really is and showing they can beat anyone. They are going to come back hard as ever.
It’s almost as if they should have some sort of structured contest with a scoring system to decide who won and who lost. Colorado got beat, they didn’t get cheated or screwed. Injury luck didn’t beat them. They didn’t beat themselves. Kansas State beat them, and CU lost. Pretending you basically won a game to make yourself feel better is some Pop Warner children shit.

I have never in my life, been emotional, even about my favorite teams, but I traveled to that last game and it was painful… Great game but painful… I took my foster son and I told him this was the first game I ever went to that we lost so he can’t ever go with me again😂 jk
It was a good game despite the loss. It is a kind of letdown when you lose that many teammates. And they almost pulled it off. I enjoyed watching Shedeur throwing that ball. The last two touchdowns he put on a clinic.

It's absolutely possible & at the worst go 4-2 on the 2nd half like we did the 1st half so we'll finish the year between 8-4 & 10-2. If things work in our favor & we can make the Big12 championship great but if not we still make a big name bowl so there's more eyes on our guys & the program.

In addition to poor tackling, the D line needs to learn to shed their blockers. The team need to practice at full speed except for QB they haven't learn to turn it off and on so they have to keep it hot all the way to the game.

last year 6+ coaches were fired. The coaches are held accountable too.
