When I listen to remasters I listen for a specific instrument in the entire compilation and my friend you nailed it did on the head that last rip before the theme starts over the role of the drums every person that I have heard remastered this particular thing always messes that particular part of but you nailed it that on the head my friend you did this thing proud

Thanks. I guess it's technically more of a remake than an actual remaster as I didn't use any of the original audio files. I simply downloaded the original SNES .spc file from Zophar's Domain, extracted the midi using VGMTrans and imported the track in Cubase using similar sounds from my VST plugins. For this one I mainly used Vengeance Avenger, Nexus 3, Tina Guo Cello & the Kontakt Factory Library trumpet.

I would give my two cents on your comment lol, I think that the trumpets cuts well (in a good way), it still blend perfectly into the whole song. It might depends on which system you hear the song ; for me on external monitoring speakers they sound well mixed.
First off I'll just start by saying that it's fine if you think that sf2 music is the best music Capcom ever said, we all have our thoughts on music and memories attached to such melodies, with that said I will say that I don't consider your statement to be true, while true, Sf2 music was revolutionary for its time it doesn't mean that for "Good music" to exist, it has to top the music that has been previously made, after all, as controversial as SFV was, it can't be denied that the amount of bangers that game has is incredible, yes not all of them are winners, (Just like Sf2 with Dhalsims and blanka's themes) but the ones that are good completely overshadow the ones that arent so memorable.
Are you fucking insane? Most SFV themes were bangers, SF6 sucks ass for the most part but then there's Fête foraine and Jamie's theme. But yeah can't beat SF2
