- Whats going on everybody?? DD19 here and today we are going to pretty much do a part 2 of a previous video talking the SHF One Piece. In this video im going to go over the current status of the line since now we have gotten a few releases in the line, before when i made the first part, no figures have released at that time. The thought of gear 5's strechty accessories didn't even cross my mind IM STOKED
Yea, when I got the regular luffy I was wondering why his limbs came off easily but now I think it’s cause of being able to swap out other parts like luffys gear 5 limbs so I think it’s all part of their plan
You can get him in gear 2 pose, just remove those caps behind the knee
Zoro has no QC issues. Just bad engineering.

With joints popping off like that from simply articulating they? Seems like qc issues to me
@DareDevil19 my joints don't pop off at all. The boot just comes off sometimes but it's not loosely connected...and I guess the waist but once i took one of the skirt peices off (Which also helps the leg articulated) it crunches just fine. Thats it. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones

Yea, the lower portion of Zoro’s robe will make him a lot more fun to pose around cause you’ll be able to use his leg movement more lol and yes! Luffy coat will be ready soon

I'm no where near caught up on one piece but I am a fan. Kinda wish they would do their older looks but I do respect them doing their more recent looks. Going to be getting these guys anyway bc I'm sure I'll like them when I get there in the books.
I would love for them to do their older looks too! If the line is successful then we will definitely see that

Thriller bark is so good. I just finished whole cake island. Crazy I only started watching about 2-3 months ago.
I'm really excited for Kidd. The make or break is going to be how they do larger figures. I never got the VAH Whitebeard and would love a suitably massive SHF, but I know they tend to skew towards the middle for scale.
Yea, Kidd looks greatB I recorded before he was announced so I was able to include him, but we will have to see how the bigger figures turn out with Kaido
Im definitely getting gear 5th and holding out hope for a better version of base luffy
I was going to get Luffy & Zoro at the same time, but after seeing the Zoro in reviewer hands I honestly hesitated. Though I still want on the ride eventually.
Yea, the Zoro made a lot of people cancel their preorder/orders with him cause of the issues which sucks, but Sanji is amazing and hopefully from now on the rest of the figures will be

I really wanted the zoro but geez its trash af, I'm looking forward for the Trafalgar law because Trafalgar doesn't have much figures, I'm really hoping they don't messed up with it this time
I don’t think they’ll mess up law. Hopefully for now on all the new releases will turn out good cause a lot of collectors weren’t happy with luffy and Zoro. Luffy really isn’t as bad as people say he is
I’ve enjoyed the Bandai one piece line so far and honestly I don’t have issues with zoros articulation. If you pull the two separate skirt pieces apart it will create a larger opening for leg articulation. The only issue is the arm comes off too easy
the knees and hat kept me away from luffy, every review kept me away from zoro, and then i just simply passed on sanji. i do have law and gear 5 on preorder so heres hoping theyre great. i think the bendy limbs are gonna be fine.
Dude, you definitely need Sanji and luffy really isn’t bad at all. It’s just the bad movement on the knees.

With how popular One Piece is, it's shocking that Bandai botched the start of the line so badly. Like, if this were Hell's Paradise or something, I'd get it, but you'd think they'd really want the One Piece figures to start strong. Luffy's knees are so disappointing, but the lack of accessories to *show* his powers sticks out a lot. Zoro is just a mess.
The only upcoming figure I'm getting is Yamato. The dress worries me, but otherwise he looks like a great figure. Definitely not getting Kaido as well, though, that price is just too much for me, especially since I don't really collect villains.

Yea, I know exactly what you mean! One piece is HUGE so you figured they’d wanna make them the absolute Best they can! So it’s surprising the two most popular one piece characters they screwed up. At least Sanji turned out great and Yamato should be good too! The dress piece seems to be articulated

Lol oda just likes switching it up with each arc. I’m sure he’ll go back to a black suit by the last main arc

Would've been awesome to get Dressrosa or Whole Cake Sanji instead. Would've bought those instantly
I really like the one piece line when it comes to esthetics. Zoro is weird because they knew it was a bad design when it comes to articulation but when you manage to get him posed he looks awesome. Sanji is excellent all the way around and Luffy is great except for his shorts getting in the way. I'm still excited for this line.
Agreed! Zoro still is a great looking figure tho, just has some issues collectors aren’t happy with, but yes when you get him in a pose he looks dope
They should make the live action ones like they did with the Bandai America stranger things line
As of now we are getting Luffy & Zoro from the live action series but I really want a Sanji and mihawk from the live action series
