I'm sorry to say this but this isn't a TV from 1990. Samsung had a different logo in 1990 and this is the newer one. My guess its likely from the early 2000s or 1996

Why would someone waste money to ship an old CRT tv from the US to Vietnam to get it repaired? Also, that tv is poorly packaged and would never survive the trip from the States to Vietnam.

CRT is also heavy and fragile, sending via airmail is problematic
Well it's nice and clean and you've even got a Raster on it albeit with Flyback Lines and a non English On Screen Display System seems to be working as well although I didn't see any pictures.
You would struggle to give away a T.V. Set this old fashioned in Britain today even if it was working perfectly so I wonder if this sort of thing is your hobby?

Подумаешь, ускоряющее чуть завышено, ничего страшного нет! Труба поплыла, с прогревом пропадёт! В крайнем случае подкрутить!

@@СергейТ-т8ж Не увидя аппарат вживую, мы можем долго спорить. Просто по опыту ремонта таких ТВ знаю, что причина ЛОХ не всегда в ускоряющем.
Детский сад, либо кондёр по +200v. Либо ускоряющее, либо труба, но на трубу в данном случае не похоже!
