This is my first Halloween home decoration in Malaysia.
This is one of my family traditions.
We used to decorate our home when I was living in Sydney.
I actually enjoy doing this a lot.
Since my research has started, I've never been busy like this before.
This is why I didn't upload any videos for a while.
Doing research sometimes seems like doing nothing.
In fact, even when my hands are doing nothing, my brain never stops working on it.
Sometimes I feel stressed out.
Since Halloween is coming, I just made myself do something else to distract myself - Halloween Shopping & decorating
According to psychological research, even mini tiny celebration can boost our positive emotions and reduce stress.
This is true!! Decorating my home makes me and my family happier.
