These analysis videos tend to make commentaries on the shortfalls of an autocratic way of governance, like that of Russia's.
More over, it's been relatively easy to come across (in my daily research findings) examples of failures of this autocratic system (wherein power is consolidated by one person at the top[Putin]).
Thereby, creating a system where people within that system are afraid to speak truth to power - an inability for Russian Henchmen/Oligarchs to communicate to the Person at the top - openly, about the critical (pernicious) issues facing their country economically, militarily and technologically.
ie. An increasingly isolated and unaware Vladimir 'Presitator' Putin.

Nice of the refiners to leave the light on.
Good idea regarding the refinery. I would add that they are a well known finite resource, 44 of them, so we could write the count as 13/44
I have to say this adds some debate material against the massive costs for hypersonic missiles. When a few dozen or so 20 thousand dollar drones can affect the industrial capacity output of a country just like a multimillion dollar hypersonic can. And can apparently be harder to detect and intercept.

Nice to see oilrefineries in the statistics. These strikes will continue and not only reduce the volume of diesel to the army, but also for the agricultural sector. One thing is reduced export og oilproducts. Another thing is when the foodexport goes down. The export of «other» commodities will start to go down during this year. At the same time the National wellfare fund will be empty. That’s when the shit hits the fan in the winter of 24/25…

The equipment losses are very accurate but troop losses are harder because you don't always know how many troops are in destroyed vehicles and bunkers. Its probably somewhere in the middle of what NATO estimate and Ukraine

I think Ukraine will not avoid them or fly around them. Their drones are ridiculously cheap compared to the missiles used to stop them. So it makes sense to wage a war of attrition with the Russian air defence, and to keep the air defence busy, and to deplete Russian stock of anti drone missiles.

I have viewed your reports daily, which are very informative. One thing I wonder about is your tally of Russian losses, which used reported was 428,420 as of day 750. Is this killed or wounded or both? How accurate is this total? You have stated in the past it could be an underestimate. You reported that the Institute for the Study or War said that losses were around 350,000 or so? Other estimates, say from CNN, have placed the number at less than 200,000. this reminds me of the Viet Nam war where General Westmorlin kept giving high enemy body counts which were grossly inflated. How accurate are the figures that you report?
