As a Japanese and Rockabilly enthusiast, I have been always interested in the Western American Rockabilly Greaser culture and adapted many of the tropes such as the black leather jacket, pompadour, and love for 50-60s rock n roll. Just found this song and I had no clue Japan also shared a love for this culture. Awesome work!
Dude this has been a thing since I believe the 80's or even started as soon as they got word of it and it became an immediate anti-tradition of Japanese society. These people wanted something to express themselves with that went against normal Japanese traditions and were for the most part just harmless hooligans. It's a great thing to study honestly if you have the time
