You actually technically got the IndoRaptor’s proposed sibling. Originally it would have had a white sibling but the idea was scrapped.
Would have made the movie so much more interesting, the one indo wasn’t nearly as scary, or powerful than the indo Rex.
Pretty sure it wasn't scrapped, the indoraptor just killed its sibling.

Nah the toes moving isnt a hint. Atleast from what he told me, its eyes opening, smirking and lifting the tail. I think the twitching is there to freak you out a bit

@@abdulwageedfransman3016 you’d be surprised just how much talent there is in the community. Friends of mine like Cyborgxeno, Hauki, Krono, etc are all very good creature sculptors. I’m hoping I can get there someday. Much more of a code and animation guy.

Hey, the eating animations happen when it eats food from its inventory. You can toggle them on and off. There is also a special animation that happens while it’s resting.
the reason it says it does 2X damage while stationary is because the attack hits twice but only once while moving

21:11 when those eyes opened my heart skipped a beat...
A few minutes in and I'm already reminded of how much I wish Chitin (maybe), Flak, Mining, and Tek helmets would protect you from Microraptor stuns. It's ridiculous how the little shitters can stun you regardless of armor, simply because you're riding one of the 99% of creatures who doesn't make you immune to their nonsense.
I know I'm late, so I'm sure we know how this works by now, but I'm surprised Syn didn't try tranqing it more after it showed a hint that it wasn't actually unconscious. My first instinct was that you'd tranq it til it went down, then watch for a hint. If you saw a hint, you hit it with another tranq, then watch for another hint and repeat as necessary.
For a moment, I thought you were gonna get caught by it again, the tail came up before you noticed it the second time, when the Kentro was approaching it, but it was hidden in the trees... Thankfully it was nice enough to show it to you again before it decided to have you for lunch!! xD
when you move it only bites , therefore it hits only once , when you are stationary it bites and swipes with its claws , therefore hits twice . The dmg number doesn't change , the AMOUNT of dmg numbers do .
also looks like control may trigger actions from both stances which is why it was bugging right after eating the pego

The moving vs not damage thing is just that the stationary bites hit twice, the moving one only once.
It seems that going the tropeo method of taming is best: damage it, eventually it'll use food stat to heal. Once healed, it'll tame quick.
Seems like it'll wake up if ANYTHING is near it when it does its sign. I was expecting it to just pretend while still not torpor'd (like instead of running) to trick people who don't check. Losing all the torpor is a pain considering its low health and very high torpor pools, maybe half torpor if it wakes.

I'd like to see a Stegoceratops be added to the mod. Having the ability to charge, get a carnivore buff, impale creatures, and getting the different plate variants would make for a really good herbivore tame.

i remember from some other mod the indoraptor also had the fake mechanic from the movies. but that one simply dropped "out" at like 90% torpor or so and did not reset after it woke up again.

With the movement thing, unless I'm mistaken, it doesn't necessarily do double damage when you are standing still, it just hits twice instead of hitting once, I think.
